The meeting will commence with a discussion on future fuels from a shipowner's perspective, featuring insights from Uni-Tankers on their fuel optimization strategies and their vision for the future fuel landscape. Uni-Tankers recently announced a significant fleet expansion comprising four newbuilding orders.
Following this, Per Svenning, Strategic Senior Sales Manager from DEIF, will give an introduction to DEIF Energy Management Systems for Hybrid vessels.
Afternoon activities will include a guided tour of DEIF's top modern electronics factory, emphasizing sustainability and employee well-being, with the latest technology and automation on display, including robotic systems for internal goods transportation.
The day's final presentation will be delivered by Neha Mehta, a marine engineer and member of the Danish Export – Marine Advisory Board. Neha will share insights on conducting business in India, highlighting opportunities in the Indian maritime industry for Danish suppliers.
